- Note: Flight fares increase daily, so it’s recommended to book your tickets at the earliest.
Important Guidelines:
- WhatsApp Group: A WhatsApp group will be created 5–7 days prior to the trip start date. All important details, such as packing lists, required documents, and essentials, will be shared in the group.
- Event Changes/Cancellations: Participants will be informed in advance if the itinerary changes or the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Right to Cancel: Happyhikes reserves the right to cancel any participant’s slot.
- Organizer Rights: HappyHikes reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to climate changes, government restrictions, or other factors. In case of unexpected weather changes, the organizer reserves the right to withdraw or change the itinerary.
- Budget-Friendly Trips: As all our trips are budget-friendly, so please manage your expectations accordingly. Do not expect luxury amenities. Please be cooperative with fellow participants.
- No Alcohol/Smoking/Drugs: Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or weed is strictly prohibited throughout the event.
- Keep It Clean: Please avoid littering plastic (such as biscuit wrappers, candy wrappers, etc.). We are committed to keeping our trips pollution-free.
- Punctuality: Please be on time to avoid causing inconvenience to others and disrupting the schedule.
- Parental Consent: Participants under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent to participate.
- Teamwork: Participants are expected to cooperate, maintain discipline, and work as a team during the event.
- Safety Disclaimer: While we prioritize safety, event organizers are not responsible for severe injuries or fatal incidents.
- No-Show Policy: No refunds will be given if a participant fails to attend the event on the scheduled day.
